    言葉足らずで申し訳ありません。
    想定した動作としては「スキル外の行動で対象にダメージを与えた場合、追加効果を与える」といった動作を想定しております。
    例を挙げると「"通常攻撃でダメージを与えると、追加効果が発生する状態変化"を付与するスキル」というようなものです。
    現状の仕様でこういったスキルを作ろうとすると、命中やダメージの発生を問わず効果が適用されてしまいます、それらの条件を細かく設定したいということです。

    「ブロックされて不快な思いをした」という理由だけで10を超えるユーザー名を晒し、排除を推奨する行為を正当化するユーザーが居る方が他ユーザーの害になるということを理解なされたほうが良いと思われます。
    「ブロックされて嫌な思いをするかもしれないユーザー」というまだ存在しないマイナス要素の前に
    「証拠も無い晒し行為を受け不快な思いをしたユーザー」「交流のあるユーザーが晒し行為を受け不快に思うユーザー」という存在を確認できるマイナス要素を問題視するべきかと。

    また、晒し行為はQuestNotes利用規約の禁止行為に定められた"当社もしくは第三者を不当に差別もしくは誹謗中傷し、第三者への不当な差別を助長し、又はその名誉もしくは信用を毀損する行為。"に抵触しています。
    規約違反に繋がる行為を正当化し、他者への攻撃を助長するユーザーの方が他者に悪い影響しか与えない事をどうかご理解して頂きたいものです。

    この提案自体が「ユーザーボイスという機能を悪用して人の評判を傷つける」という行為である事に投稿者様は気がついているのでしょうか。
    「証拠も無く他者の悪評を流すこと」「匿名性を悪用して一方的な晒し行為を行うこと」
    これらを問題行為だと認識していないのであれば、投稿者様の発言に私怨以上の目的を見出すことは叶いません。

    コメントにて抵抗面の純粋強化の意見が多いため、別方面の強化要望として
    ・魔法ダメージをMDEFの半分軽減する
    という効果の追加を提案します。
    これなら、MDEFの低い味方へのダメージ軽減という役割と、自身に使用して抵抗と防御を同時に行えるという独自性が生まれると思われます。
